Tuesday's Scores:
- The Boston Bruins beat the New Jersey Devils, 1-0 in overtime. Tuuka Rask had the shutout for Boston, who stay inside the playoff picture.
- The Ottawa Senators beat the Washington Capitals, 5-4 in overtime after a 3-goal first period.
- The New York Rangers beat the New York Islanders, 4-3.
- The Atlanta Thrashers beat the Toronto Maple Leafs, 3-2.
- The Columbus Blue Jackets beat the Tampa Bay Lightning, 3-2.
- The Detroit Red Wings beat the Edmonton Oilers, 5-4, after blowing a 4-0 lead over the Oil.
- The Chicago Blackhawks losst their third straight, as the St. Louis Blues beat them 4-2.
- The Los Angeles Kings beat the Nashville Predators, 2-0.
- The Vancouver Canucks beat the Phoenix Coyotes, 4-1.

Wednesday's Scores:
- The Buffalo Sabres beat the Florida Panthers, 6-2.
- The Carolina Hurricanes beat the Montreal Canadiens, 2-1.
- The Tampa Bay Lightning beat the Pittsburgh Penguins, 2-0. Mike Smith had the shutout.
- The Chicago Blackhawks beat the Minnesota Wild, 4-0. Antii Nieme had the shutout.
- The Dallas Stars beat the San Jose Sharks, 5-1.
- The Anaheim Ducks beat the Colorado Avalanche, 5-2.
- The Calgary Flames beat the Phoenix Coyotes, 2-1, as they desperately try to get inside the playoff bubble.

In other news.......
- Henrik Sedin, with his great night on Tuesday, is now 3 points ahead of Alexander Ovechkin for the NHL points lead.
- Meanwhile, Sidney Crosby is still 1 goal ahead of Ovie for the NHL goals lead.
- Steven Stamkos is now tied with Ovie for 2nd in the goals lead, with 46.
